A little about me and how I ended up here
It started with a favor. A few friends needed headshots and hated the idea of standing in front of a camera, so I stepped in — mostly to spare them from looking like they were being interviewed by HR. What I discovered was that getting someone to look like themselves on camera is actually a skill worth taking seriously, and I've been refining it ever since.
Today I work with small business owners, creatives, and teams who need brand images that feel polished without feeling performative. My approach leans on quiet direction and good light — I guide people through posing in a way that doesn't make the room feel like a photo shoot. The goal is always photos that look like you on your best day, not a version of you that required a costume.
Most of my clients come in a little skeptical and leave wondering why they waited so long. They tell me the session felt calm, and that the images finally look like them — not a stiff LinkedIn crop or a blurry phone photo from three years ago. That's the part I care about most.
