A Little About Me
This work started long before it was a business. I spent years helping friends loosen up in front of a camera — figuring out what to do with their hands, where to look, how to just breathe — and somewhere along the way I realized I was actually good at it. Eventually, a studio made more sense than a living room.
Today I photograph small business owners, creatives, and teams who need brand images that are polished without feeling like a corporate stock photo. My job is to pay attention — to light, to timing, to the moment right after someone stops thinking about the camera. I coach posing throughout every session, not because people need to be told how to stand, but because a little direction goes a long way toward making someone feel like themselves.
Most clients come in a little nervous and leave wondering why they waited so long. They tend to say the session felt calm, and that the photos finally look like them — not a stiff, over-lit version of them. That's the part I care about most. Good images should do more than fill a website header. They should actually represent the person behind the work.
