Food has a way of setting the tone. Whether it is a wedding, a holiday party, or a large corporate event, Plate builds menus that feel personal to the room and generous to the people in it.
Led by Chef Mike Young, Plate draws from more than 20 years of culinary experience, from a family restaurant to kitchens across the U.S. and Southeast Asia, including two years in Thailand and four years in New Orleans.
Plate brings the care and attention to detail of a private chef to larger gatherings in Macon, Georgia and the surrounding area.
